Terms & Conditions
Here at kittyboo we want to make everything clear for a problem free transaction.
When you make a purchase you are agreeing to the terms, conditions & policies below;
Delivery
All items will normally be dispatched within 2 WORKING days of received payment.
Orders for destinations outside U.K. may take a little longer to dispatch due to extra customs/postal requirements.
(Bulk order of more than 30 collars - dispatch time will differ to our usual 2 day policy)
Orders placed after 5pm will begin to be processed the following working day.
Our working days are Mon-Friday.
*Please note in busy periods like Christmas this may take a little longer - website orders always take priority *
Order tracking can be found on the home page to keep you fully informed of the status of your order and date of dispatch.
All purchases will be sent via 1st class Royal Mail services.
We use the Paypal postage system where possible, so you will receive an e.mail from Paypal when we have purchased a Royal Mail postage label for your item as confirmation of dispatch.
For larger orders, items will be sent by 1st class Recorded Delivery (Please be aware that if undelivered, Royal Mail will only hold the order for 7 days before returning to us. We would have to charge for re-delivery).
Worldwide Shipping
We welcome worldwide orders and will deliver to all countries outside the U.K. Shipping costs can be found on the shipping details page.
Unfortunately we no longer accept orders for Australia due to severe customs/postal delays.
We will only use Airsure/International signed-for, a secure tracked service for worldwide destinations outside the U.K/Eire.
Orders for destinations outside U.K. may take a little longer to dispatch due to extra customs/postal requirements - we will keep you updated. The tracking number will be added to your Paypal account payment details when items are shipped.
All prices are in £GBP.
Shipping Discount
Shipping discount is for multiple purchases in one single transaction.
Please ensure that you have all the items you require in your cart before you pay for the shipping discount to be applied.
Payment
**Please note that all online payments go through Paypal**
To make payment by either Paypal-funds or credit/debit card you will be transferred to the secure Paypal website for them to authorise and take payment on our behalf
We have no involvement in the payment process - Paypal is a secure third party and the safest way for all online payments
*Please note payment by cheque/Paypal e.cheque - goods will be dispatched on clearance*
Returns Policy
Please contact us prior to making any returns.
In compliance with the distance selling regulations for all internet businesses we will accept UNUSED items for refund within 14 days from day after dispatch (initial shipping costs not included for refund).
Notification of the return must be made to us within 7 days from day after dispatch. Returns paid for by buyer.
Exchanges by our agreement only - within 7 days of date of purchase, buyer pays all postage costs.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of return by same payment method.
A certificate of posting (free of charge) must be obtained from the post office for any returning item.
Due to the nature of the goods we can only accept strictly unused/unworn/non tried-on items in the original packaging.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by scratching or chewing.
Custom-made or special-size requested items are excempt from this policy.
We reserve the right not to accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

Conditions of sale
It is the sole responsibility of the pet owner to ensure that the collar is fitted and used correctly and safely.
We cannot accept responsibility for any damage to purchases caused by pets once they have been worn.
It is the owners responsibility to seek veterinary advice for the appropriate age/stage for pet to commence wearing a collar.
The collars should be removed if applying flea drops/treatment and re-fitted only when completely dry - we can not be responsible for any colour-run due to use with chemicals/treatments.
The purchaser accepts all responsibility for the safe and appropriate use of the collars.
